There Was an Error While Posting Your Photos Please Try Again Later

distressing for my bad english !!

I tried to upload the image for cuboid

the front end prototype is working ~

only when I endeavor to upload the  top & bottom image

information technology just show me the error bulletin as above.

I'yard sure that size of epitome all right ~

any ideas ??

lower width to l% then the error will be gone for good

After more trial and fault I've concluded that the issue I'm having is due to the paradigm format.

A jpg worked. I've saved png's out of photoshop with every possible setting I can and none of them seem to work.

I'll accept to download the database and exam to see if it works. Would I be correct in making the supposition that white pixels vs transparent pixels shouldn't matter? I hateful neither hold any useful information for Vuforia anyhow.

Thanks!

Hi there, I'thousand getting the "try again later" error too. I'm trying to upload a side image for a cylinder target (I don't need pinnacle or bottom).

I've followed the documentation and the tips in this thread. My image dimensions should friction match that which I entered for the cylinder dimensions (circumference : side).

In testing, I decided to try an image with a completely incorrect aspect ratio. When doing this, I go an fault bulletin stating that I need to gear up the attribute ratio. So I can (hopefully) safely presume that my paradigm dimensions are right, given that I don't become the error when I attempt to employ my desired prototype.

My image is PNG-24 at 428kb size, then it meets the size and type requirements. Again, I tested unsupported size and type and got appropriate error letters explaining the effect.

Either the Vuforia backend is actually having trouble right now and I should try again later on, or in that location's some other check that happens during upload that my paradigm fails on and the mistake isn't being reported properly, instead information technology'southward being caught by this catch-all "effort once again subsequently" bulletin.

Thank you in accelerate for any help!

cylider target upload summit image error , Any solustion pelase let me known

I have bug uploading images for object recognition...it saysAn fault occurred while uploading the prototype. Please try later on.

Thanks, I got the files, and replied, meet your PM.

Me too facing the aforementioned problem...

Cheers, I got the files, and replied, come across your PM.

Thanks. I sent you the files.

Yep, you can send me the files via PM.

Sure. I've done that a lot of times for piece of work. Never was any problem.

Anything else?

Is it possible to transport you the files? If yes, how long are you working - I'thou in a meeting, can't send you the files right at present.

Hi, you need to take care of paradigm format (JPEG or PNG, RGB 24bits, no alpha, no 32bits, image size less than 2 MB), and

yous need to take care that the Aspect ratio of each image is compliant with the attribute ratio of the diverse faces of the cuboid, as mentioned in this thread already.

One affair that can help is to sketch your cuboid on newspaper so to amend visualize it and check the exact aspect ratio of each face up, and so compare it with the one of your images.

Trying to upload since 7 hours. Need to finish the Target as soon as possible (->Deadline)

"An mistake occurred while uploading the image. Please endeavour later."

My Target: Width 35 10 37 x 112 (cm)

Tryed everything. Just the top, right and front is working.

@ adala88,

the cuboid consequence (top/bottom images) should exist fixed in the current system; please try again if non alrready..

Hi attilanyers,

thank you for the images, I received them.

Actually in your instance the dimensions that you are using for the cuboid are non respecting the aspect ratio of the images:

for example, your front end image is 600 x 160 pixels => aspect ratio = 600 / 160 = three.75

while your cuboid width and height are 71 x nineteen => aspect ratio = 71 / 19 = iii.7368

So, you should either resize your image (with an image editor) so that its aspect ratio is 3.7368, or you lot should alter your cuboid dimensions (for example using Width = 71 and Meridian = eighteen.93 instead of 19.0)

Yous should also verify the length dimension (I but tested the width and the height using your front epitome)

Hi attilanyers,

could you PM me the images and the cuboid dimensions that you lot are using?

How-do-you-do adala88, just a quick update: we take identified the crusade of the consequence; this is under correction and an update of the TMS with this fix is expected relatively shortly (although I don't take an official ETA yet, but i will update y'all when I have more details).

Hi, meanwhile, could y'all brand some "experiments" by using cuboids of different sizes (e.g. irresolute width or tiptop significantly), to see if you get it to work ?

This would assist narrowing down the trouble (while we also investigate on our side...)

I see ~

actually tks !!!!

Hi, I ave received your files thank you, and I reproduced the issue (also using a unlike image).

On the other hand, I was able to upload summit and bottom images (resized to different sizes) on a Cuboid with different dimensions.

And then the issue does not seem to come up from the image, only rather from the dimensions used.

I volition bring this issue to the Vuforia team, as it might be some kind of misbehaviour of the Target Manager.

I volition update you lot every bit soon as I get feedback.

Could you PM me your epitome files and the cuboid settings (dimensions) that you apply; I would like first to effort and reproduce your fault, and so to exclude that there is a problem with your business relationship...

cheers for the quick reply !!

yes  I've did that  like you said and I switch the other browser  to log in

just I got the aforementioned fault message  . .

Hi, this might possibly be a temporary problem, have you tried logging out and loggin in again and uploading again ?

do you lot get the same fault consistently ?
